"I bought a 3 carat GIA graded elongated cushion cut diamond for my proposal. It was less than half of what big box stores, smaller local jewelers, and even other online retailers could provide.

The only complaint I have is that the timing of the shipping was not made clear. I was given one date, then when I called to clarify I was given another, and then the diamond actually arrived a full 5 days before either of the estimates. I very much appreciate the earlier arrival, but I had to move some things around to ensure I was at home when it came in.

Overall, a great experience. Just work on your shipping estimates.
