"I ordered a package on October 7, due to arrive by October 25 (in time for Halloween). Shipping tracker said it shipped October 9, but it never moved. I emailed 5 times in 2.5 weeks. Will file with the credit card company for a refund now. I was told the virus caused delays with shipping, then I was told it was delayed in customs. But 5 weeks later it still has not arrived and still hasn’t updated shipping in 2 different tracking apps. The company was not helpful, and I ended up making my own costume for my son to wear for Halloween since the one I paid for is MIA."

"Stay away. If they feel like it, they will send you whatever item they have in stock, regardless if it's the item you ordered. If you don't like it, they'll offer you a partial refund (in my case $2.00 on a $8.95 item) and let you keep the item you don't want. Or, you can send it all the way back to China for a full refund."

"I have purchased gadget accessories from BrilliantStore over the past two years and for the most part orders get processed quickly, things arrive early and if there's a problem, customer service is very helpful. Most of the time I get free shipping or shipping is very low.
Recently, I tried out their items shipped from China warehouse. The product price is very low with good quality. Their shipping is not as fast as I used to get from USA location and I guess it's because they are from oversea. With the attractively low cost, I would want to use them more as logn as plan ahead of time. Plus, if there is something happened you still have the USA service to help out."
"I purchased a device for my Nintendo DS. I was told it takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. After 4 weeks I contacted told them it never arrived told me that they "confirmed that a re-shippment was made". Waited another 4 weeks and never got it asked for a refund no responce. This company just flat out ripped me off. I called Paypal they cant do anything because its past 45 days buyer protection program. Filled a claim with the BBB to see what happens since they are a member. I have friend that works in a local news department in CA and he is actually gathering complaints for a story. Hopefully the bad press will come soon.
