They had an excellent description of the part I needed (keyboard for a Dell Notebook). They shipped the part out promptly and it arrived in two days, even though I only requested standard shipping.
The part was new and was superior to the stock part that came with the computer.
I took the part over to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they installed it on the spot.

"Merchant sent the wrong product. I had to make three calls and leave messages before I was finally able to set up the return authorization. In the middle of that I was promised a call back but never received one. That bothered me.
Merchant did quickly ship the correct item and a label to return the first item. I was disappointed in the down time between shipments and the frustration that I had when I called and could get no response.
Overall I think this was just an unfortunate mistake on the merchant's part and I would be willing to order again in the future. "

"Horrible! I ordered an adaptor for my laptop. The receipt reflects the correct item, but they sent me the wrong item....just one number off the item number, so an understandable mistake. The problem is that I have attempted to contact customer service via phone and email about 8 times with no response. They have a service to take their calls, but I never get to speak to anyone at Brilliant Store. It appears to be a very small company (a handful of employees) and my best guess is that it's run out of somebody's garage. This would have been such an easy problem to fix, but instead I've had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I would never use this company again under any circumstances."
"I received the battery a head of schedule, however the battery didn't work and I sent it back today to be exchanged. A little frustrating to be honest. I wish you guys checked the battery before mailing it. I will have to wait to give positive feedback until I receive a working battery."

"This is basically a good vendor. I have purchased from them in the past, and was satisfied, and will purchase from them again. The only complaint I have is that they won't do an RMA over the phone. You have to send in an email and wait 24-48 hrs for one. In the meantime, you really need the part so you end up ordering somewhere else while waiting for the RMA. They lose business this way."
"This battery did not take a charge, so I returned it to the store which. It is now March 1 and I have not received a replacement yet. However, my credit card was charged for the purchased nearly a month ago. Not a good experience."
