"After reading reviews, it seems they do everything very well, or very, VERY poorly.
After only trying to obtain a few Free Samples, it's plainly apparent they have about 50% of the products they offer. Even on the samples they didn't have, it was a "bait-and-switch" to products they do have in stock ... and the products they have in stock can be found at most stores for the same/slightly cheaper price locally ... especially through a Chain Flooring Store or Contractor Supply House.
In the end, it's no better deal than anywhere else, either on line or in the stores."
