"I love the look of the laminate, and I loved the customer service, but a lot of the boards were warped ( even though we let them stand for over a week, they would often chip easily and several were already chipped, and the boxes would have about five of one design of wood grain and one of two of some of the other, more interesting, designs that were put in one box equally, instead of varying the design with equally with each box. Out of the 6 designs, one design made up 40% of the 7 boxes we used. We had four boards that couldn't be used because the had flaws on the laminate print."

"I compared BuildDirect to about 30 warehouses within a radius of my office. Not only did BuildDirect have a better selection of tile the prices were less. Now that the first job is finished I am extremely happy with the wood grain showing in the tile but the quality is outstanding. Build direct tiles have put that WOW in this remodel.

"Ordered 34 boxes of Jasper Engineered Hardwood - Handscraped Aspen Collection Cocoa / Aspen / Handscraped / 5"...quality wasn't the best but it wasn't expensive...What got me was writeup on it says random lengths and that is completely untrue...Every length is 4 feet and this makes it difficult to have a good looking floor. Their response was basically that they were sorry....That is one thing I agree with... As for BuildDirect reply....They were informed of my situation and showed no interest...Too little too late...."
