"Once you have money in the account trading works fine. Dealing with customer service is difficult as they seem to have very few staff. It takes days to get a response from them at times. Deposits and withdrawls are very slow. With some withdrawls I had to remind them a week after my request.
Years ago prices used to track live trading prices quite well. Now prices have dropped below live prices. I guess precious metals investors have been so beaten up fewer people want physical metal and the market is dying. "
