A problem if you need customer service
"Once you have money in the account trading works fine. Dealing with customer service is difficult as they seem to have very few staff. It takes days to get a response from them at times. Deposits and withdrawls are very slow. With some withdrawls I had to remind them a week after my request.
Years ago prices used to track live trading prices quite well. Now prices have dropped below live prices. I guess precious metals investors have been so beaten up fewer people want physical metal and the market is dying."
