Nothing shipped after paying 100.00 for shirts

"This company did not ship my products ordered, when I chased it up they said it was past the time able to be chased up, however the tracking on their website clearly said in transit, not delivered. They offered to resell me more shirts, as if I would do that that would be throwing good money after bad,
Do not buy from this company, I wish I had resd these reviews before buying.

Unreliable and horrible customer serv.

"I order Christmas gifts on Dec. 6th and according to Bustedtees, I should receive before Christmas. Shipping is 5 to 7 business days. I asked to cancel my order on Dec. 19th because it hadn't been made, but they wouldn't let me. They guaranteed receipt before Christmas. It is Christmas Eve and the shirts have not shipped. I am missing 3 gifts. Will not use them ever again."

Don't Buy from Them!

"I ordered Nov. 30th and still have not received my shirts as of Dec. 22nd.

I asked to cancel the order three times after they told me that they were slow due to high order volume. They put me off over and over until the order shipped and now they want me to pay shipping and restocking fees to return my shirts.

I will never order from BustedTees again.

"When my t-shirt didn't arrive they offered to send me the same one free of charge. I've ordered a lot of other t-shirts from this company and had no issues."

Liars

"I order two shirts - which I wanted for a month for and then cancelled on the order on July 14 as I was done waiting. They replied stating they couldn't cancel the order because it had already shipped. Not according to their order status. I checked and it was still in process and I never received a shipping notification. So I took screen shots of order page and asked them for proof that the order had shipped before I canceled it on July 14. No response. Oh but wait, July 16 I receive an email that states my package has shipped. I cancelled the order July 14, they respond July 15 and say they cant cancel because it's shipped but don't provide any proof of this and low and behold I get an email on July 16 saying my order has shipped. The company lies straight out and I'll be putting in a complaint to better business bureau and spreading the word on every site I can so nobody has to deal with this company. "

Done with these clowns

"For the third time in a row, the shirts i ordered took almost a month to arrive, and that's only after i emailed to request an update; if i hadn't, I have a feeling that my order would still be sitting in their inbox. Ever since the change in ownership they've turned a creative, well-run, reliable company into a sh*t show. You can find most of the same tees on Amazon or elsewhere - don't be lured by the fact that they still have really funny shirts. It's not funny when you can't get them in a reasonable time."

New owners are turning things around!

"Ordered three T-Shirts. When, six days later the shirts still hadn't shipped I e-mailed customer support. The next day they e-mailed me back, pointed out (correctly, it turns out) that web site does indicate that shirts take 3-5 days to produce prior to shipping, but also acknowledged that the notice was not as prominent as it should be and gave me a refund as a result. While I still didn't get the shirts on time for the birthday party I'd ordered them for, I really appreciated the response and work to make things right for me."

Just Say No To This Business

"I have adult children, and I am fully aware of their genders and sizes. They delivered all three in the wrong gender and/or size.
When I tried to request a return, I was directed to print out a shipping label, stating that I would have to pay the shipping.
Never again, and will advise everyone to stay away from this business.
Thanks for messing up a pretty good christmas gift for my kids.

Where are my shirts?

"I placed an order 8/29/18 and paid for 2-5 day shipping. I received an email on 9/15/18 stating that one of the 2 shirts I ordered was “just shipped”... 2 weeks after I placed the order! I emailed customer support without a response. Very disappointed with this company and will not order from them again."

Torn neck line. Immediately replacement sent out.

"I purchased a "He-man" Battlecat tournament shirt and received it prior to December 12, 2017. Less than one month later, the neck seam has begun to unravel. I take excellent care of my shirts and choose to air dry them versus heat them in a dryer. I had not heard anything and read several reviews on here before placing my own. Busted Tees sent me out a new shirt and Sloane was quick to let me know by email. I will buy more shirts from them. "

Not great

"They used to have great shirts, but have become inconsistent with their material, what happened to the soft cotton Tee's? They now feel like 70's thick polyester. The retro cotton look and prints are gone, now they look cheesy and are uncomfortable. Should be called just, "Busted". Go to Target, they have better shirts."

Liars

"I'm officially done with Busted Tees. This company clearly doesn't have customer appreciation, and the know-how to fix a long standing, widely popular complaint, which is: shipping. I just had my second shopping experience with them, each time, I chose 3-5 day shipping (which I've paid steep amounts for). The 5th business day passed, the shirts had not arrived. I'm typically a pretty chill person, and it takes a lot to get me aggravated enough to write bad reviews, but one of the things that really irks me is the fact that they don't even bother to reach out and explain why your order has been delayed. You have to initiate. There's a chick that handles their Facebook page (Sloane), who is decent at responding politely to not so nice reviews. She told me that two of the shirts that I chose, clearly stated, a delay in shipping would follow. She said that the delay was mentioned on the product page, in the cart, and also at the end of the transaction. Well, I took screenshots of their site to show her that there is no such warning. She then told me that the items were no longer pre-sale items, so the warning would no longer appear. That's​ BS, because I take screenshots of all of my online transactions, and again, there were absolutely zero warnings of any kind of potential delay, and the proof was not only in the current screenshots I took for her, but also in the screenshots I took during the transaction process. She said that they refunded my shipping cost, more BS. I've received no refund of any sort. In the meantime, I can see that my order FINALLY shipped, what's funny is, the package has not arrived, and it's been over 5 days. So, they have the t-shirts in stock, they finally ship them, but they don't even use the shipping method I paid for, that they were supposedly going to refund. On top of everything, they are now hiding bad reviews on their Facebook page. I left my review for the public, but was messaged a private reply, and my review never appeared on their page. So, the bad reviews you can see on their page, aren't even all of them. The fact that they receive so many bad reviews, that they now have it set to not make those reviews public, should show you what a crappy company this really is. By the time my order arrives, it'll be a month. I have received items from overseas in half that time. It can take a month or more to receive purchased items, they blame customers for not reading multiple warnings of delays, when no such warnings existed, they offer refunds, but you never receive them, they hide reviews from the public, so they can continue sucking in new customers. That about sums up why this company is by far, the worst t-shirt company known to man. "
