"I was looking to trade in two older Apple devices and found this company. I found BuyBackTronics and decided it was the best solution to go with. I went through extensive questions to describe the product's value, which I answered honestly. Then they give you a quote and send a box. But when they inspect it, they magically find that a tiny ding is worth half the value.
They offered me $225 originally and then changed their offer to $40. Now they have you between a rock and a hard place. Either accept their terrible offer or pay for the shipping cost of $20 to get the devices back. Just an absolute legendary scam, go with someone else. "

I understand some people may abuse the system and/or misrepresent their phone's condition but, in every instance, I've clicked the exact proper description yet, you always find a way to knock of $60-$80 off of one of them. This has happened to me 3 times. I've seen others complain bout same.
