"I had the unfortunate opportunity to transact with BuyBackTronics. I feel completely duped but the process. My impression is that this is simply another internet driven company out to steal every dollar they can through a divide and conquer mentality. They separate you from your device and then change the deal arbitrarily. They make big promises to get your phone in their greedy hands and never give you the promised amount. Good faith Negotiations are null. They make an amended offer that is considerable less than agreed upon under the guise that the equipment will be returned to you if you don’t agree with the revised offer. Of course everyone have a choice, but the hassle and additional risk of rejecting the revised offer and having the equipment shipped back didn’t seem worth it so I accepted the offer. However, the business practices of BuyBackTronics I find to be unscrupulous. Do yourself a favor and go to any other company to sale your devices(unless you don’t mind being short changed)."

As opossed to a competitive service (who shall remain nameless but starts with a "G") who accepted my item with a large offer, then "reviewed" it" found "damage/flaw" that were not there and said they would only pay me $6. "After reading several reviews related to iPhone purchases using BuyBackTronics, I decided to proceed with a truly "flawless" iPhone 6+ sale. While many of the reviews were very positive, others were quite the opposite. As this was my first time using such a service, I was apprehensive about proceeding. I carefully packed the phone in its original box and used my own packaging. Once delivered by UPS, I was promptly notified and two days later a follow up emailed confirmed my e-payment for the full purchase price quoted.
