"His new business is buytvtoday.com also known as World Wide Electronics LLC. Today I found that he changed his email address and buytvtoday.com website disappeard. He took my money $2499 on 2/22/13. It seems that his website is not to sell TVs but to take money only when people order tvs. He keeps on telling lies.
Recently, he opened a new website ordertvnow.com. I hope no more people being victimized by him."
"He's now doing business as buytvtoday.com.
Same issues - takes your money and fails to deliver product or refund. Beware of this new site."
"Roman is a crook he takes peoples money and then does not deliver the goods or. return the money do not do business with this guy"
"Be forewarned. They are dishonest and will take your money and run. Ordered Panasonic Viera TC-P65VT50, got a receipt and then was never able to communicate with them again. Called and emailed but no response. Finally got AMEX involved but it's going to now take 6 weeks to get the charges off my card. Consequently, I have to wait 6 more weeks to get my TV. STAY AWAY from them."
"I ordered a Yamaha RX-V 773WA AV Receiver from this place on June 28, 2012. I got an invoice copy immediately after payment on line. I inquired about a tracking number and expected ship date on July 2, 2012 and was told it would ship within 48 hours of order date, which would have been on July 3rd, at the latest. I inquired again via e-mail and phone calls on July 6, 7, and 8, with no response. Now the website is down or no longer in existance. I have never dealt with such poor customer service, and I order things on line all the time. This place is a rip off, and now I am going to have to file a complaint with my CC company and am unable to buy the amp from another place until I receive a credit because I purposely have low limits on my CC's. Horrible, horrible, horrible place.
Update on July 12, 2012: Filed a fraud claim with my CC company (Capital One Mastercard) and received a credit the next day (July 11th)!! I was then able to order the receiver from a reputable company on Ebay for $95 addtional dollars ($694 w/free shipping). Lesson learned: If it looks too good to be true (MSRP of receiver is $849 and BestBuyDeals had it for $599), it probably is. Avoid this company at all costs...pay a little more and deal with a reputable company. I hate to beat a dead horse, but this was the worst experience I have ever had buying on line. People like this should not be on the planet. Scam and ripoff artist. If I had found this site before I hit the "buy" button, I would never have even tried to purchase from BestBuyDisplays.

"I ordered a Sharp 80” TV on 7-5-12, thru many emails & phone calls got no response from this company. I guess I'll have to cancel the order and start the refund process with credit card company. However, I am worried if the refund is possible. By the way, they have removed their internet site."
"Ordered HDTV 6/9; nothing yet and no contact with multiple emails and calls. Initiated cancellation with credit card Company for full refund. Not trustworthy. Web site now no longer available. I also filed a complaint with the Seattle BBB.
Received credit card refund credit card company. "
"ordered an high end AV receiver 2 weeks ago and promptly paid through my credit card (discover). multiple phone calls and emails were placed to no avail. seller would not respond and return phone calls or emails. i am initiating a cancellation of this transaction through my credit card. worse online experience ever."
"Dealing with BuyBestDisplays has possibly been the worst experience ever. I did NOT use PayPal so please do not think that is the root of all problems (I used American Express).
On 6/25 (Monday) I called to check on a Panasonic TV I wanted to order as this site showed the best price. Over the phone, Roman said that he had one in stock near me in PA (I'm in NYC) and it would ship out by 6/27 and I would receive no later than 6/29. He also encouraged me to place the order online instead of over the phone, which seemed strange, but I did so anyway. On 6/27, I asked where my shipping notification was and Roman responded that 'they would be within their 5-10 day shipping policy' despite our previous conversation of shipping by that date. On 6/29, still nothing and Roman said he 'didn't know when it would ship out until he himself got the shipping notification'. After the weekend, on 7/2 we were told that it would ship by the next day and we'd have later that week, and at absolute worst case scenario, early the week after. Needless to say, today is 7/9 (14 full days later) and I still have no word on if it has shipped or what the status is. I have requested a full refund. I could not recommend this vendor to anyone. I have not received a communication back from the company since 7/2 despite numerous phone calls and emails."
"Ordered Panasonic plasma from these guys June 27th, today is July 7th - nothing happened. They are not responding to e-mails or phone calls. Asked for the refund. Never had such experience with other merchants. Stay away from this company."
"Total rip off company. Ordered a Sharp 70 inch TV. Roman had been very responsive to every question I asked. Once ordered, total silence. No communication, no TV. Had to file with Paypal and my CC company to get my money back. Amazing that this company is still in busness. "
"Don't waste your time. I DID NOT USE PAYPAL SO THAT EXCUSE IS INVALID ON THIS REVIEW!!
I emailed Roman back and forth with various questions for 2 weeks prior to my purchase. He responded quickly to my questions.
On Sunday I purchased the wd92840 Mitsubishi. He promised me tracking numbers in 48 hours. I gave him until Thursday and still nothing. I got a refund from him quickly.
Set purchased with white glove delivery @ the same price on amazon.com"
"This is by far the best place to buy a TV. Roman was involved from the minute I ordered the set and the communication was great !! Set arrived in flawless condition. I will be back for more !!"
"When I first saw the ad for the Panasonic TC-P65VT50 from BBD, I thought for sure this was a scam. I called Roman, and he even discouraged me if I felt at all uneasy. But the price was too good to at least check it out. I knew I could get my money back. I checked with the BBB, and the "Custom A/V LLC" which is the parent Company, has a AA+ rating, so I knew he did not want to jeopardize that.
I odered it in April, knowing Panasonic would not release it until at least May. Which came true. I knew the big boys (BB,Amazon, Abes, etc) would get thiers first, which they did. Everything Roman said was true. He had problems finding one of his distributers that had a TCP65VT50. Plenty of 55's, but no 65's. Finally he found 1. There were some logistic problems, so he had it shipped FedEx, and I received it on June 11, 2012.
Roman kept me 100% informes every step of the way, and never got upset when I kept pestering him about the status. He was very honest and professional during the entire process. Any less, and I am sure I would have pulled the plug.
I will deal with Roman on any products in the future, if he has them for sale. It was a pleasure to deal with Roman."
"Purchased a Panasonic TC-P55VT50 from BuyBestDisplays.com in mid April. I knew the TV was not released yet, but the price was so good, I couldn't pass it up. Either it was a complete scam or I just got the deal of a lifetime on the latest and greatest that Panasonic had to offer.
Well after a decent amount of waiting it was delivered last week and I can say with 100% certanty that Roman, and BBD are not a scam. I have a brand new TV with a full factory warranty from Panasonic for over 20% less than Best Buy has it, and no tax and free shipping to my door! The company had issues with Paypal, but the company itself doenst have issues. I highly reccomend you look at BuyBestDisplays.com for your next television purchase!
UPDATE 11JUN2012 I noticed the pricing had come down another $150 less than 10 days after receiving delivery of my new AWESOME TV, so I emailed Roman. He gladly sent me a $150 refund, not even just a partial. BuyBestDisplays.com is a completely LEGIT and I highly recommend looking here for your next TV."
