"Top Drawer Service! I order 3 items through BuyRite Appliances and found the experience to be very pleasing. As you might expect, the on-line ordering process was straight forward and easy to execute. What was super pleasing was the human touch in an electronic world - especially James at BuyRite. "This was a first time for my wife and I to buy such a large ticket item from an online company, but it was a great experience thanks to James at BuyRiteAppliances.
We bought a GE Cafe Range, the CGS990SETSS for less than $2900 total price with expedited shipping included. The local stores in our area all have the same range priced at $3400 and that isn't even including tax. The delivery guys showed up in exactly one week with the range boxed in manufacturers packaging, not a scratch on it. Once we installed the counter-tops and gas lines and hooked up the stove (Dec 23rd) it's been working perfectly.

"Ordered a somewhat high-end refrigerator, as they were offering a sale price.
Received an e-mail asking me to call them, as has happened in so many of the negative reviews for this seller.
I call in, they tell me it is "out of stock, backordered, with NO ETA for delivery, would take at least 6 to 8 weeks" to ship. And this time-frame is for a current in-production model prominently marketed by Samsung and carried by every major online appliance store.
It was clear to me immediately they were not willing to complete the sale. Had no choice but to cancel the order (which was done faster than you can say "Whoa!"). Within the minute I check the product page at BuyRiteAppliances.com and see that they have jacked up the price by almost $400 on the product.
Even though the order got cancelled, a pre-authorization charge had been made against my credit card, reducing my usable credit limit for 2 weeks, until I e-mailed to complain. Then the charge was finally cancelled.
This business did not own up to their own pricing mistake, and engaged in a bad tactic to weasel out of a sale. I would not try again to buy from them.

In response to the BuyRite222's response: the merchandise in question is a 300+ lb refrigerator occupying several CUBIC YARDS of warehouse space. It was not a small 25-cent screw that could be misplaced in inventory, and I have no reason to think it was an inventory problem. I was not expecting to deal with a small online auction seller who would refuse to fullfill a sale simply because the seller has second thoughts about the price agreed upon. Upon reviewing other negative feedback, one can see a pattern here."
"I ordered a top of the line range and over the range micro from Buy Rite Appliances online. I received a call confirming my order and coordinating the shipping arrangement, which included white glove delivery service. I was able to track the order to know when to expect delivery, appliances shipped out the next day and was at my house in a week. The trucking service called us to set u[ a date and delivery window. . They called on delivery day to give us more accurate delivery time of between 11am and 12 noon ( an hour window). They brought it in and took off the box so we could inspect the range and micro. . White glove delivery guys unpacked the appliances and made sure it wasall in perfect new condition .
I had a question about the oven a few days after delivery and emailed Buy Rite customer service. They responded quickly with an answer after researching for me and resolved my question for me.
I will definitely use them for my next appliance purchase because of their good prices and terrific customer service

"I had a great experience buying my beautiful 33 inch LG refrigerator from BuyRite. I love the double freezer drawers. James was very helpful and friendly and he gave me a really good deal - much less than I could get locally. Everything went smoothly. The fridge arrived earlier than anticipated and the delivery company was great, too. They hauled my refrigerator up 34 steps with a 180 degree turn with no complaints at all. This is my first time buying a big appliance online and I'd definitely do it again. "
"Buyer beware. I placed an order on April 27 2012 and I am still waiting on Nov 22 2012. When the salesman call I declined the up-sales which would have had it delivered in less then a week. (It was in stock and could be trucked out that day) In June I called and now it was back ordered. July still back ordered. In Oct I call and asked if it was in stock, it was. Then asked about my order. Again offered the up-sale and told it can take upto 5 week for delivery. That has passed and still no delivery. Only order from them if you don't care if it comes or not.
They never contacted me to tell me it was back ordered. I had to call them to check on my order. By the way it is now 12/16/2012 and it still hasn't been shipped.
I just saw their response that my order was cancelled. This was not by me I still want to buy the item. "

"Before purchasing my grill at BuyRite I had read several of the less favorable reviews whose common themes were difficult to contact, up-selling extra services, and slow delivery. I experienced all of these to some degree but I can't say that my overall experience was unsatisfactory. When contacted to confirm my order I was sold a "package" that included expedited 5 day delivery (vs. 3-5 weeks free delivery), in-home delivery (vs. curbside drop-off) , and a cover (for the grill). This package was an extra $100. I wasn’t in a hurry to get the grill and curbside delivery wasn’t an issue but I figured It was a manufacturers cover which would have cost me $50 anyway so I went with the package thinking that the other $50 was worth shaving 2-4 weeks off the timing and they would put it right on my deck and take it out of the box for me. As it turned out, the shipping company didn’t get the grill until 3 weeks after my order and they didn’t get the cover. In those 3 weeks I never tried calling BuyRite but I did send 3 e-mails through their website in the “order tracking” section. True to form, I never got a response to any of them. At the beginning of week 4 I received a call from the delivery service and they told me they would be scheduling delivery and told me they didn’t have the cover. I immediately called BuyRite and spoke to James and told him what the shipping company had said about the cover. He checked with the BuyRite shipping department and said they had put the cover in the box with the grill. I then asked about the expedited deliver and he agreed that something had gone wrong with that. He said he would refund me $50 for the delivery delay and if I didn’t get the cover he would refund the entire $100. I thought this was very fair and I was instructed to call him back after I received the grill to confirm the cover delivery. It was another week until my delivery date was scheduled – exactly 32 days after I placed my order. The truck arrived on time and the bill of lading showed 2 packages, the grill and an accessory (the cover). The delivery guys said they only had the grill and no other package. I explained about the cover in the grill box so they opened up the box and pulled out the grill (after putting on my deck). There was no cover. They made note of the missing cover on the receipt which I then signed to confirm delivery of the grill. The next day I contacted BuyRite by phone. I called in the morning and had to leave a message. I called again in the afternoon and got a hold of James. He was apologetic about the delivery time and missing cover and agreed to refund the full $100 (which he did). James salvaged what could have been a more stressful experience and he did a great job – thanks James! All in all I got what I wanted when I ordered the grill – a great product at better price than I could find anywhere else and free delivery smack dab in the middle of the 3-5 week window. I give these guys 4 out of 5 stars overall. With a bit more attention to detail these guys could be a 5 star e-retailer."
