"I have nothing but good things to say about my BuyRite Appliances experience. I ordered three appliances from them on Jan. 26 and they were delivered on Feb. 3rd as I requested without any problem. I spoke to customer service twice, and each time I wasn't on hold for much longer than a couple of minutes, and the service person was polite and helpful. Delivery co. had great customer service as well. They called two days prior to delivery to verify address and time, called again the night before delivery and called one last time when the driver was running about 20 minutes behind schedule.

There was an additional delivery fee (even though I had paid the White-Glove delivery fee) due to the stairs. I hadn't asked about additional fees and they didn't mention it in their messages, but the fee is understandable. Now I know to ask about additional costs associated with delivery!

"I researched my kitchen appliances thoroughly. I knew exactly what I wanted and I knew that they would fit. I mean I am not a contractor but I am pretty handy and I took the time to measure the door openings because I do not want to have a problem later on. I ordered my appliances and yes I had to coordinate delivery but people need to understand you are not ordering from zappos a pair of sneakers. It was like 2500 pounds of equipment which lately everything is made in China anyways and its worth making sure its delivered and installed properly. I got everything smoothly as I was promised. I KNOW I got the best price, period. Good experience all around for me. Only complaint was that they didn't have the TV I wanted for the super bowl. Ended up getting it backordered from Walmart anyway."

"I was cheated out of $266 by BuyRite Appliiance company. I ordered a refrigerator from them for $569. They said to get it to Miami in 8 days it would cost me $266 more. The refrigerator arrived two days late. I'd made arrangements to ship it to St Lucia, but it missed the ship. I then had to make new arrangements and the refrigerator got to St Lucia 10 days later.
They wrote up the invoice with no information about my shipping requirements. They just wrote up a new invoice with the same refrigerator costing $266 more. I would never recmomend BuyRite Applianses to anyone.
