"They have gone out of business. Any attempt to contact them is futile. Phone is not in service, and emails don't bounce but are never replied to. I purchased a Mint floor cleaning robot with 3 year warranty through them, and when they were in business, they did replace it within the warranty. It failed again under the buyhappier.com warranty but they refuse to respond to any communication. Their website redirects to an Amazon storefront, and I contacted Amazon about their shenanigans and refusal to respond but even Amazon will not shut down their store front. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund."

We are lucky to get 4 minutes of operation on a full charge.I haven't contacted Buy Happier yet, but will soon after having a some time to use the unit.My satisfaction would also be increased if they furnish a new battery."

"I ordered a Shark vacuum from Buy Happier a few weeks prior to this order for my neighbor who has a second home in Florida. It arrived within a few short days but at some point a piece broke off of the hose. Buy Happier quickly sent her the replacement piece without any problem. My friend decided she wanted me to get another one for her northern home (she is older does not own a computer). She had a 15% off coupon, but it would not work. Once I ordered the 2nd vacuum and sent them a picture of the receipt, they quickly refunded the money. This company by far had the best price for the item.
