"We ordered merchandise from the company and when we received it, it was missing parts from the manufacturor. We called customer service. Within 24 hours, Robyn from customer service had e-mailed us the tracking number for the missing merchandise. They were quick in solving the problem and didn't "brush us off" like many other companies have. Would definatley reccomend buying from this company. "

"I recently purchased a Ninja Kitchen System from BuyHappier.com, when I went to use the product I found that an attachment was missing from the included parts.

I called them and customer service representative "Keith" went over and above by calling the manufacturer on a conference call with me, then he arranged to get the part sent to me directly from the manufacturer.

Keith made sure that he had done everything that he could do to make me "Happy" before I got off the phone. The customer service is wonderful, they truly lived up to their name - "Buy Happier"!

"The delivery was fast and ahead of schedule. I have been using it since April of 2012 until today (October of 2012) and very pleased with the performance. I set it up to vaccuum my two bed-room apartment everyday, it keeps my place very clean. It is not as powerful as a traditional vaccum cleaner, but a regular vaccuum is much better than do it once a week. I did not purchase the remote control, it is not required since I only need to program it once. I would recommend this product and BuyHappier.com to my family and friends."

"Outstanding customer service. I bought my Neato in June 2010. I loved it and it worked perfectly until Oct 2012. I worked with their customer support on the telephone and when the suggestions didn't work they fully honored the additional 3 year warranty. They immediately sent me a shipping label to return my product and when they got delayed on providing the replacement they graciously volunteered to include a bonus package due to my inconvenience. I'll buy all of my electronics from this firm in the future. I have never experienced such excellent customer service and I purchase quite a bit online from appliances to computers and cameras. They can't be beat. I have been assisted by Poonam Kansara. Please recognize this great employee.

"I bought two mint 5200 cleaners on Buy Happier, and I need the two be shipped in separate packages for some important reasons. Poonam Kansara supported me with this and kept follwing and updating patiently. She is very profetional and sweet.

"Not satisfied with my overall experience.

Purchased a vacuum on 9/12/12. The original vacuum that arrived was defective. Told to return it to BuyHappier for exchange. I received no action after returning it until I called to follow up.

Keith Mitchell, the Personal Concierge who helped me that day, 10/2/12, was very good in tracking down where my return had gone, fixing some problem at BuyHappier so that my replacement/new vacuum would be sent to me.

However I am very dissapointed that just today 10/10/12, I received an email that my new vacuum has finally shipped. This new one should have gone out VERY soon after the first, defective vacuum was returned. BuyHappier has had my money for almost a month and I stiull do not have the vacuum I ordered.

That is not acceptable.

"Great customer service! I placed the order and I got a call back within 2 hours for address verification since I had provided a different shipping from a billing address. I got my Roomba within two business days of order's placement and was excited to try it immediately. I charged it at the docking station for 24 hours as recommended and hit the clean button. The vacuum made a beeping sound as it was backing up from the base, turned a few times in a circle and started doing its job. It was amazing to watch it zooming through my kitchen transitioning very smoothly from the flat floors to the fatigue mats at the sink and range area. When it found its way to the living room it could not transition from the flat floors to the area rug and kept vacuuming around it. I placed on the area rug and it got stuck there signaling error 6 to have the sensors wiped with a clean cloth and be moved to a different area. It kept doing that over and over again. I do not think it can handle my area rug. The different textures and heights on the rug confused its program. Other than that it is very quiet when in operation and really does a good job. I am not sure I will be keeping it though. I am expecting it to transition easily from one area to the next and make sure that the floors are cleaned as well as the rugs but it does not seem to be doing that."

"I bought a camera from them a couple of years ago, with an extended warranty. The camera had problems, but Buy Happier took care of all of the problems. And they were nice people to work with. Keith Mitchell got me a new camera, and made sure all of the manufacturers charges were taken care of. I highly recommend them!"
