"I purchased a Shark Vac-then-Steam machine from Amazon. Buy Happier fulfilled the order. Normally, when I go through another store other than Amazon and receive a defective unit, I face one problem after another. I was pleasantly surprised to find this wasn't the case with Buy Happier.
First of all, both individuals I spoke with (especially Nick) were very helpful (another plus - they didn't have a huge menu of calling options). Nick was personable, told me what I could expect, and then delivered.
What more could you ask for?
