"I couldn't be happier! I purchased my item from the company through eBay for a wrestling event that was a little over a week from my date of purchase. It was the best price I'd found, and the listing proclaimed "Guaranteed Same Day Shipping!" so I was confident I would get it in time. When two days passed, and I received no shipping confirmation, I called their customer service number. Kevin asked how he could help, and I told him the situation. He expressed an apology over what was apparently an error- they offer the same-day shipping on their website, but not on eBay. He offered a percentage off my next purchase, but I told him the only reason I had purchased from them was because of the same-day shipping, and told him specifically what the camera was for. It began a very nice conversation about kids, and wrestling, and had a few laughs thrown in. By the time we were finished, he had rerouted my item, and changed my shipping method to 2nd-Day Air to ensure I would have it in time to catch the smiles on my kids' faces when they see their favorite wrestlers in person for the first time. I had assumed this was going to be a HUGE pain- I'd have to call back later and explain what Kevin told me to some other guy who would tell me he had no clue what I was talking about and say he couldn't do what I'd been promised- but it was SO easy, and they were VERY willing to help sort out a problem.
