"Bought a refurbished Dyson DC17 vaccum cleaner and recieved it quickly! The only thing that I did not like about the advertising is that they sale it as recertified, which means the same as refurbish. No problem just like to be up front and honest. I have owned a Dyson before and love them! This one stopped suction before it was put in the upright position so it made it difficult to vaccum in small areas. Also, the engine revs as you lower it from the up and down positions. I am returning it and they are sending me another one out as soon as they recieve this one back. Hopefully, this one will work better! Was happy that I did not have to send it to a Dyson repair center, especially since I just got it and it came out of the box with the problem. You never know how long it will take to send in and repair and get it back by mail. I will let ya know how it turns out..."
