"I purchased a Ninja 1200series blender/processor on July 10 2012. I originally, was a bit disappointed in the lack of packing protection. One of the pour spout hinges was broken. It also appeared that I received a unit that had been used already, there was a grease stain left on the front part of the motor. I called and spoke with Brad Honig in customer service. After listening to my issues, Brad swiftly took care of them. He apologized for sending the possibly used unit and sent out a new one. It's nice to see a company back up what they say! I contacted Buy Happier since this unit comes with a 3 year extended warranty from Buy Happier. Brad answered my questions quickly and promptly. After he learned that iRobot could not offer me more help, he immediately issued a return label for me to return the defective unit and meanwhile, placed an order for a new replacement that will be delivered to me. "I was so glad that I bought my roomba from buy happier- i bought a roomba about a year ago and was saving it until we finished renovating our house and the renovation took about a year! When i plugged the roomba in, it wasn't working. I called buy happier immediately and explained that I hadn't used it yet and I remember having an included extended warranty with them and they looked up my info and confirmed and then they conference called irobot tech support with me and stayed on the phone the full time with me until we figured out the issue that it was the charger that wasn't working, not the roomba. My 90 day warranty from irobot had expired a long time ago but since i bought it reconditioned from buy happier, i had a free included warranty directly from them that covered the broken charger and they sent me one immediately. I also appreciate that when I called buy happier, I received a live person immediately and they were here in the US and not outsourced to another country where I could not understand the thick accent as most outsourced calls go. Thank you for a great experience and I have and will continue to recommend buy happier for all purchases if you need an item they sell!!!! I wish they sold everything- I would buy everything I need from them and no one else!"

"I purchased a refurbished Dyson canister vacuum from Buy Happier because of the fantastic value. It was less expensive than purchasing new and had the added benefit of a 3 year extended warranty (vs 6 month warranty for new Dysons) at no extra cost.
My Dyson did have a flaw, which customer service took care of quickly and efficiently! Excellent customer service with very little/no wait time to speak to Angela, an articulate, cheerful representative, very willing to help.
