"On October 13, I ordered an Infineon 512MB PC2700 333MHz DDR memory card. I received an email later that day, thanking me for my order. By Oct. 29th I still had not received an email stating that it had been shipped, so I went to the UPS website and entered my tracking number. I discovered the package was received by UPS on 10/24/2007 and a DEPARTURE SCAN dated 10/25/2007 from Baldwin Park, CA, as well as an IN TRANSIT TO scan dated 10/25/2007 indicating that it was in transit to Lenexa, KS. On Oct. 28th, I decided to go back to Buyaib.com and my browser told me that the site was not found. It was still not found today, Oct. 29. I suspect that means that assuming UPS eventually delivers my order, and if my memory is faulty, I’m out of luck. But aside from the downside of my loss, hopefully, that means that Buyaib.com has gone out of business!!!"
"i ordered samsung 2GB kit ddr2 667 and after one month one of the sticks went bad so i rma'd it and they sent me another stick within two weeks and that one didnt work so i had to rma it back also.. after one month they finally sent me a stick and that one was bad also straight out of the package it would not boot so all this time i have been using just the one stick of 1gb out of a set of two that i paid about 185 for and still to this day that have not sent me the other stick back.. its been over 3 months and counting they recieced my package on February 2, 2007 in WALNUT, CA 91789 i have confirmation and i have sent over 100 emails, yes over 100 on purpose and they have yet to reply to 1, not even 1, this company is the biggest scam artist i have ever seen and they have the worst customer service ever as a matter of fact they dont have any customer service they wont pick up thier phone and i have called over 25 times no one ever picks up the dam phone.. i hope this company goes under they dont deserve to be in business with the kind of crap they put out.. they are the worst i have ever dealt with and i will never buy anything from them ever again no wonder pricewatch took them off their site!!! dont ever buy or recondmend them to any one unless u want them to suffer like i am.. i hate buyaib.com"
"I have purchased 3 power supplies from them with my first order in Oct 2001. They came with a lifetime warranty and I RMA'd one of them in April 2003. I recently sent two more back that had failed.
Delivery confirmation says they were delivered but the order status says they are yet to be received after a month. A follow up contact has not received a response.
UPDATE: I received two new replacement power supplies today almost 4 month later. I haven't tested them but they look unused and have manufacturer marks from 3-15-2007.

"Ordered two Ramses 1gb DDR2 memory sticks on 07/21/06. Received them shortly and they worked fine.
Around the first of October, one memory stick failed. The BUYAIB web site said that there was a one year warranty on the memory sticks.
I filled out the online RMA and return the faulty memory stick, Certified Mail, Return Receipt requested. I have received the post card with a signature of a BUYAIB employee confirming that the faulty memory was received by BUYAIB.
It's now a month later and I have received no replacement memory and no communications from BUYAIB. On their web site, the RMA indicates "Waiting For Return Package".
I have sent e-mails to all of the e-mail addresses on their web site with no reply. I have called all of the phone numbers on their web site, let the phone ring at least 20 times and no one answered the phone.
After making these efforts, I contacted my credit card company and put the transaction in dispute. The credit card company has issued a credit to my account for the faulty memory and is waiting for a response from the vendor (Good Luck with that!)
As you can see from the many reports of dissatisfaction, my experience is not unique. It must be that BUYAIB is able to stay in business only by counting on first time orders from unsuspecting customers.

"I ordered Ramses computer memory from this company. They sent me Nanya brand which I questioned. They told me that Ramses manufactured under the Nanya name. I've owned several computers through the years and installing memory is one of the simplest upgrades that one can perform. With this memory, my computer would not start up. I reinstalled my original memory and computer works fine. Memory either faulty or incompatible . I tried calling and emailing dozens of times with no response. I researched their business practices online and there are dozens of dissatisfied customers. I finally used their Return Authorization Form on their website and returned items on 9/28/2006. They were scanned delivered back to buyaib on 10/02/2006. I've tried phoning and emailing dozens of more times with no response on when this memory would be replaced. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges. I contacted the Los Angeles Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. buyaib has an "F" rating with the bureau which is the worst they can receive. My next step is contacting the United States Postal Service Inspection Service and see if I can follow through with some kind of fraud charges. And, yes, I work for the USPS, so I will do this. I recommend not buying from this website. With possible switch and baiting (Ramses/Nanya) and very poor customer service you would be better off dealing with a reputable online company like newegg.com. "

"I received my order just fine, a little slow, but for free shipping.. Then the problems began. buyaib doesn't answer the phone, doesn't respond to email, doesn't communicate with thier customers. I filled out thier confusing and clugy RMA form, and was issued an RMA number, I gain tried to email and phone the company, no responce! I mailed the product back in the hopes that there "system" actual would work, after waiting over a week and a half, no responce, no credit on my card no communication! I have opened a dispute with my credit card, and hope that these people get shut down, or learn to communicate with thier customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER! Unless you think this is a perfect world."
"I purchase an MP3 player, and the service was excelent, after I read this reviews I was a little concern about it. But the free shipping was super fast.
After my experience I will buy again from Buyaib.com"
"Like so many other comments, I ordered 4 sticks of 1GB RAM. The sticks were just tossed into a small plastic bag that was cut/heat sealed. It's quite clear that the RAM was stored improperly, perhaps in a large storage bin, because at arrival I could already see a loose part inside the _sealed_ package - looked like a capacitor. Further inspection revealed _identical_ damange to 2 of the 4 sticks, but only 1 loose part - meaning the other one was broken BEFORE it was even packaged! I didn't even want to try putting the other two sticks into my computer, fearing it might damage something. There is no identification of the manufacturer of the RAM, and therefore no recourse for RMA/warranty except AIB itself. And then, like all the other comments, you find that they never answer your e-mail (it's been one week now without any response), phone calls take you on a loop and finally end in an answering machine, and their "live" chat is never online. So there you are - stuck with broken memory and nobody to contact. Will be disputing charges with credit card and filing complaints with BBB and AG for fraud."
"HORRIBLE!!! They don't answer their phones or emails that I sent. They charged me for memory that they never sent. Placed order for memory, they sent a tracking number. Checked on tracking number but post office said package was never mailed. Google - "buyaib complaints" and you'll see why you shouldn't shop here."
"The 2 sticks of memory I purchased from AIB were defective. They do not answer their phones or emails I sent. I cannot get an exchange or a refund because I have no way to contact them. "
"I've got one word to say about this company...Junk.
I bought 2 1gb sticks of PC3200 DDR Ram because they had the cheapest...Supposed to be Micron, but ended up being no name brand covered up with copper heat sinks. Doesn't answer emails. Don't bother with them. If you've already bought and you have problems, just go straight to your CC company. They won't talk to you."
"Purchased 2 sticks PC3200 512 DDR SDRam (Samsung or major brand). Arrived with copper heat sink installed. Memory was intalled in pc and operated fine until 11/05. PC began malfunctioning and after much trouble shooting, the memory was determined to be bad. Upon further inspection I found that the protective paper covering the adhesive on the heat sink was never removed (both sides, both heat sinks). This caused the memory to eventually overheat and quit working. Repeatedly contacted Buyaib with email and copy of receipt. Never received a response. Buyer beware - customer service is bad and they do not stand behind what they sell."
"I bought ram from them. It took 3 weeks to get it and it was pc2100 ram and I bought pc3200 ram. They rip everyone off, don't buy from them."
