I was a little upset because it was advertised Google shopping and I already payed for it on their website. This TV was about $100 more than the original one I was willing to buy. However the buysquad representative said that he will price match it and give it to me for the same price due to the inconvenience. The TV got here fairly fast as well even with standard shipping. It also arrived in perfect condition. I love the TV, its picture and sound quality are fantastic. Some people might think that since buysquad has very good deals on their TVs, that they might not be a reliable seller. "I was skeptical of the company, because the price for the Samsung UN55F8000 55" 1080p 240Hz 3D Smart UN55F8000BFXZA LED HDTV with Wi-Fi was so much lower than anywhere else I could find. I checked a few of the company's reviews and all were very good. I decided to roll the dice and used the credit card I have that offers additional product protection, just in case.

The process was very smooth. I placed the order on a Saturday night. Because my delivery address was different than my billing address (I was in the process of moving), the company required me to call during normal Mon thru Friday business hours to confirm my identity and that the ship-to address was correct. I appreciated this extra step for my own security.

The TV arrived 10 days after the initial order was placed. I had the option to pay extra for faster shipping, but was not in a hurry and was fine with the free 'slow boat' shipping.

The TV that arrived was the correct product, in brand new, undamaged condition and exactly what I would have expected from any of the other, more expensive online or local sellers.

"superbowl 2014 is finally here and my team's history is on the line. I wanted to watch this game in the highest result ion possible. After 3 days of looking for the best model I settled for a Sony 65" XBR.

Then I went on the hunt for the best deal. I love the hunt and searching to get the best deal.

I came across this website. The buysquad.com website did not have any great navigation but it had current product information and features.
There was one other store that was cheaper but did not have reviews so I went to the next one up which was buysquad.com.

I saw mostly positive reviews and some unhappy customers but I figured I will go with the majority and I am very happy that I made that leap.

I ordered about 10 days before the big game.

I followed up to see that the tv was in stock and there were no extra charges, They asked me my zip code and the rep told me that there were no fee's only in some remote area's.

I inspected it and it was everything I imagined.

"Purchased a 60" TV from Buy Squad. This is my 1st time buying big item online. It took about 10 days to received my TV. They changed the shipping company to FedEx without letting me know. It had a little manufactured defect on the outer frame. I complained to BuySquad and talked to the supervisor. We decided to take their offer of compromise which was offering me credit refund and extended warranty. It took about another 10 days or so to completely solved the problem. I purchased a tv from BuySquad and wanted a very specific model of this 75" Samsung TV. When the order arrived we noticed it was the 6100 series and not the 7500 series that I had ordered. We attempted for weeks to get an acceptable resolution and only were able to reach them for an answer once we protested the charges with American Express. All that Buysquad said was that the wrong tv was sent to us and we could either return it or they would give me a small amount off of the price.

After this transpired I posted a bad review because of the horrible experience. Mark Davis responded with a email and phone call saying that if I changed the negative review they would send me a free TV. So I did, and after receiving nothing decided to repost the negative review. "
