"Due to a fed ex problem I didn’t get my retainers. The people at Byte fixed everything and sent me new ones, on a very timely bases. I’m so glad I chose byte over the other straighteners out there . They have wonderful costumer services! Thank you Byte! "

Great experience

"I’ve had a great experience working with Byte so far. Everything from ordering the impression kit & payment to receiving my aligners has been a piece of cake. The customer service is excellent. I’m on week 3 of my aligners and all is going well. The kit comes in nice packaging too!"

First time great experience

"From start they were very helpful and quick in responding back to any questions and concerns. I just received my aligners and can’t wait to see my end result so far they feel very comfortable and fit very well talking isn’t so bad however everyone is different. Great product and customer service. Will definitely reffer !!"

Awesome experience

"My journey with Byte so far has been amazing. I’m waiting to receive my aligners now and cannot wait for my new smile. My Byte advisor has been with me the whole way. Checking in on me and keeping me constantly informed on progress and important information. They worked with my insurance and had excellent payment options too. The one thing I really love about Byte is that they are open, honest and transparent which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend if you have been thinking about an easy way to straighten your teeth at home."

Very very easy!

"From the moment I received my Byte kit, I knew it was going to be way easier than I thought! The tools and resources Byte provided were very helpful including the video, pictures and instructions on how to create the impressions for my aligners. My Byte advisor, AJ, was very helpful answering many questions and was very responsive to messages! 10/10 would recommend! "
