Loving It Thus Far

"I'm currently through the impression process and waiting for my aligners to arrive. The impression process was smooth and easy to follow. There was plenty of material available to help walk me through the process. Everyone on the team has been super helpful, especially Laura Kelley, she is the best. I'm looking forward to the next steps!"

Half way through and loving it!

"Half way through my experience with Byte and so far it has been great. Prompt replies during the initial plan process and detailed instructions provided. Had an issue with my hyperbyte device a few weeks in and they sent me a replacement quickly. Otherwise the process has been relatively easy and I can see the change in my teeth. "

Byte Advisor Communication

"I first saw Byte in an Instagram ad. It intrigued me because I had been thinking of doing at-home aligners since I had lost my retainer from braces in a move and I felt like my teeth had shifted. At first my advisor was super communicative and helpful! I received my impression kit very quick and got a quote a few days after I sent the kit back! I had a lot of questions for my advisor and after a while, he stopped responding. I was able to find my answers by doing research and reading other people's experiences, but it would have been nice if he kept up the communication as he did before I purchased the aligners."
