"Haven't even used these yet and have been disappointed several times. I expected to pay $600 the first day and they charged me the whole amount. Then said it'd be a $65 charge to refund it. Just let it go since I wasn't sure if it was me or the website even though I clicked through to select the payment plan.
Someone texted me from Byte saying they were going to help guide me along the way. We talked on the phone via the same number so I knew it worked. Received the aligners Friday (5/26) and texted the number with a couple of questions. Nobody answered but it was later in the day on Friday before a Holiday weekend. No biggie.
I hadn't used the aligners yet due to an upcoming dental appointment and Last night (5/27) the HyperByte in the original box, never been charged, literally kept repeating cycles for OVER AN HOUR. I texted the customer service # I had spoken/texted with someone with that it was running repeatedly and no answer. I get it, it was late. Today I try to call it and the number is DISCONNECTED. I have called the main contact number on their website and am waiting for a response. Terrible experiences so far and I haven't even put these things in my mouth yet. Be WEARY of this company. "

"I haven’t received my aligners yet and have ALREADY received TERRIBLE customer service. I had a change of address and have been looking at the tracking everyday since it was confirmed (2 weeks) and have been calling every day and texting my agent that’s on my case and they insisted it was going to the correct address when it was showing it wasn’t on fedex.com. They also said it would be delivered on Monday (still the day it was suppose to deliver and wouldn’t be an issue) HUGE ISSUE. They DID NOT contact fedex to resolve the issue with the write address and that’s literally all the needed done!!!! Now i’m stuck AGAIN message them and calling them multiple times to get my kit. Honestly thinking about going else where and will NOT recommend this to ANYONE. I recommended it to people at first but now am telling them about my terrible experience already. Customer service is the most important thing in a business and if you lack in fulfilling your customers needs an lying to your customers.. well you aren’t gonna last long. "
