"I came across Byte from an email I got from them… thinking it was spam, I looked the company up on Google and it all seemed legit. I then compared them to other teeth aligner companies I knew about and for some reason, I just really liked the vibe I got from Byte. So I figured I would get the impressions kit and see what it was all about. Well I was beyond impressed that someone from the company immediately started texting me and was telling me what to expect and step for step instructions and tips. I like that she was texting me versus email or phone calls because I can’t be talking on the phone while I’m working and I can easily miss an email. But regardless, she was super helpful and I appreciated that. Then I got my impressions kit and it was loaded with everything I needed. The impression trays were too big for my mouth. So I texted the lady from the company and she immediately shipped out smaller trays for me, with new putty (my two toddlers were able to make hand impressions with the first set of putty, so it didn’t go to waste, lol). Then I shipped my impressions back in the box Byte provides. Like a week later I got notified that my impressions were reviewed. I soon got a phone call from a guy at the company. He wasn’t pushy to order the impressions, and I really wanted to fix my crooked front teeth. So I did it. I was able to get on their payment plan. About two weeks later my aligners were in with a whole bunch more goodies. I am so excited to start this journey. They actually make it fun. Whoever started this company did it right. Thank you Byte!!!"

"I just received my byte aligners a week ago. I am in the middle of day 7 wearing my first tray. From the start, the process for me was very smooth and tho the wait was hard, it was actually pretty fast. The process from initially ordering the impressions kit to receiving my aligners was 1 month. I was super happy about that because, naturally, I was anxious. Everyone has different experiences due to different bodies, but I had zero pain so far in my tray. Mild discomfort the first day I put them on, which I feel is to be expected. They fit great, very snug which made me feel like they were going to work, since they weren't loose. And tho I can not SEE movement yet, I feel it happening, even if it's small, due to the fact that my once very snug aligners are popping off much easier now as of the end of day 6. I follow instructions precisely and am so far happy with the way it's going. The quality of the aligners feels good. They feel thick and sturdy. Not SO thick, but just right. I do and have recommend byte to others who are looking. "
