"EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! It’s so frustrating when you INVEST your TIME and MONEY in a company that does not back up their product.
Most people reviewing here do it before the treatment even start, when they send you and email asking to review. I didn’t do it back then because I thought “I haven’t even started yet!”
I started my treatment in Jan (so 10 months ago) in the begging they seemed to be following up every step. Emails, calls you name it. Until they got the money and I got the aligners. After that not a peep from anyone. Week 12 and I had to email them about my aligners, sent some pics and yeah… had to go back some weeks due to se air gaps between aligners and teeth. Fine it happens, wasn’t expecting perfection. So I go over some steps again. Note that now emails take forever to be answered!!! Well 10 months later and I lost bottom part of aligners 14 and 15. Ask for a replacement, more pictures needed to show my progress and threats I’m gonna be charged for them and if I don’t send out pictures they won’t send me the retainer! They also say they sent and email week 13 that according to them sometimes get lost in junk/spam (funny how only after we pay the full amount of the treatment emails get lost!), asked for proof and didn’t get anything but my own emails tread with the complaint. Again they tell em to go back yo week 12 to fix gaps! My teeth literally have no more place to go and for replacements they wanna charge me 250 dollars! I just wanted to finish my treatment. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Unless you wanna wear aligners for the rest of your life, they do not finished their treatment. "

"I ordered my aligners and for my first 12 weeks I was very pleased with the results. At 12 weeks you order your final aligners. I have literally been going back and forth with customer service with pictures and questions for 3 months! Zero progress! Keep in mind I paid in full. They refuse to send the aligners, refund any money, or start the process over. Very disappointed! Beware! "

I am ready to start week 7 of my Byte journey and I’m seeing wonderful progress! I am excited to see my final results. I am almost 54 years old and have always felt self conscious about my overlapping front teeth and crooked bottom teeth. After going through traditional braces and palate expanders for my three children, I felt like I was too old to start a full year or two of braces for myself, not to mention feeling strange wearing braces as an adult.
