"I did EXTENSIVE research on at home braces options last year and decided to go with Byte over any of the others because I didn’t have a severe case and thought this product could help me the quickest. After a full year I can honestly write a review and am saying DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I wore my aligners EXACTLY as prescribed and not only did my teeth not achieve the straight bite I was hoping for, my actual bite is now negatively impacted and worse than it was before!! My dentist took before and after X-rays and confirmed this. I contacted the company asking for my money back as it not only didn’t work, it made my teeth and overall bite WORSE than before I started!!!! They said they do not give money back but will continue to send me more aligners. What good is that if each tray made my teeth and bite worse off? SAVE YOUR MONEY. Do not spend the $2300 on this product, like I did, to now have to be in a position to need real dental intervention and have to pay for that too. "
"I finished my treatment over 6 months ago, I just received my next set of retainers (which are slightly different from my other ones and cause a great deal of pain wearing, a waste of $129) I’ve been noticing a shift in my front teeth during the day that I was concerned about. I went to an orthodontist to discuss having a permanent retainer put in to stop the daytime shift from happening. Due to the way these retainers closed my gap, my bite is slightly off and is causing a daytime shifts. Which for obvious reasons isn’t good for the health of my teeth. This is an issue that obviously needs to be fixed by a REAL orthodontist. As a result I need to go in to have more retainers done to correct this issue, at a price tag of $1450. I’m very disappointed in this as I’ve already paid $1850 and it seems as though it’s been for mostly nothing."
