"I ordered parts for my 05 camry for my bumper. I was happy that they had the part, but on the diagram with the part number the item number was the same for both the left and right side of the bracket. I thought I would get both sides and then would have to discard the other. I was sent the part for the left side only and I needed the right side. I had to pay the shipping back and it took a while to get the part back... I did not check my email everyday, but I ordered the original parts in December of 23 and finally received the correct part in March... They were very friendly and responsive to me, but the process was very time consuming.
I am happy with the company, and would recommend using them, but I would also caution anyone ordering parts to call and verify with a salesperson to ensure the correct part number. "
