"I have no idea who the actual teacher is. There is ZERO consistency. When asked who the lead teacher is or even what class is the assigned class for curriculum purposes the answers are not consistent or I am told completely incorrect information. There have been times that I have been blatantly ignored when questioning how my child was injured. Said child had an ice pack, no incident report, & the teacher flat out did not acknowledge my existence. Nor did she acknowledge another parent that came in and got their child. I have toured multiple other centers. I am afraid to even tour your sister facilities for fear of having a similar experience and being stuck with the same regional manager Kimberly."

"Overall, this school is amazing the school director shows concern and understanding for the well being of all family members. The only complaint I would have is that sometimes classrooms are inconsistent, which room they are in, who is the primary teacher etc. but overall both of my kids come home happy and they have learned valuable lessons! All teachers are warm and friendly!"

"I do not recommend this location to anyone. Your children are being cared for by different people regularly. There does not appear to be any curriculum implemented. I have personally seen teachers making poor and physically harmful choices and the management does nothing to correct it. They cannot keep students due to mistreatment of parents & students. In turn they cannot keep staff with low enrollment so it's a vicious cycle of staff and family turn over. This school was once amazing & I hope it can be again before having to remove my children. When I enrolled my children this school not only created high expectations, they fulfilled those and more. The staff was always pleasant. Teachers that I didn't even know would tell me how sweet my kids where and things they had witnessed. You could just tell that these teachers loved their job and their students. Whenever an issue arose the director dealt with it swiftly & made sure you were informed and felt comfortable with the outcome. The teachers are clearly miserable and it shows. The feeling you receive from all of the staff minus 5 or less people, is that they are just there getting the paycheck until they can find another job. They speak terribly about the management and how they are held back from providing the level of care & education they would like. When going to the director she is rude or brushes them off. All this does is create an unsettling & extremely insecure feeling for the parents. I pray that corporate will soon see what it going on and do whatever is necessary to fix the issues."

"Overall we have had a great experience. The few times we have had any issues, they were addressed and corrected right away. I think the school itself could use some TLC, there is a lot of peeling paint and areas that don’t appear to be super clean. The staff is amazing, I have never once been concerned about any of them caring for my child. I love the cameras so I can check in, and the daily photos that are sent to me through the app."

I also wish someone would repair the broken screen that has been off for over a month and pick up the trash and dirty diaper in the parking lot. Parents STOP throwing your trash out!"

"I have enjoyed our experience with the school. I have two in school in different grades. This year was our fist time with the summer program and must say all the activities that were planned, made my son enjoy going. In other years, I don't recall as much activities for the kids. I think this has helped keep the excitement up. I think the school does a great job to feel like family with us and that helps when leaving for the day. My kids love their teachers and you can sense the feeling is mutual."

"The school was great at first when I or my husband would drop him off with the same teacher in the same room. Now, we never know what room he is going in or what teacher he will have that day. The teachers also don't log meals so I have to ask several times during the week, did he eat breakfast? did he eat lunch? Did you forget to feed my child??"

"The school has been excellent so far. We have had great teachers so far, Vera in particular has been excellent and a blessing. The director Melissa has been great, I know she is new to this location and seems to have been doing a great job building the amenities offered at the school."

"Unfortunately there are multiple reasons I have considered removing my children on more than one occasion. My overall reason would have to be the Director. She not only ignores major issues (child physical safety, ratio size, teacher turn over & disrespect to parents and children) but she doesn't even seem to be able to pretend to show a shred of care for parents concerns. I fully understand she has a lot to keep up with on both a boss level but also dealing with parents and licensing/regulations, she just does not seem to be properly trained or equipped to handle a school like this. When you research Children's Courtyard & The Learning Care group you get this overall expectation of what you will see, experience and feel when not only touring but after enrolling your children. Unfortunately those feelings & expectations are grossly underachieved since Melissa has taken over as director. As much as I hate for this to be the case, I just keep biting my cheek trying to wait it out in hopes that this can be resolved and a more competent director will be chosen. When the teachers are able to actually communicate with you freely about your own child and feel comfortable in their work environment this center thrives! It is such a gift for both the children & parents. I sincerely hope this can be achieved again very soon."

"The Children’s Courtyard of The Woodlands at Six Pine is The Most Irresponsible School ever!! My daughter was there when she was one year old. In her room, there was a kid who bit other kids all the time. We got FIVE incident reports in a week. We unterstand that biting for kids at this age is normal. So every time we asked the teachers to pay more attention. The very next week we were called to school. We saw our daughter crying like hell, half of her face was swollen badly, three obvious biting marks on her face, and the deepest one was right at the corner of her eye still bleeding. The director at that time told us it happened half an hour ago and they just washed the wounds and put on ice. We rushed to the ER and waited a whole week for the swollen and the biting marks disappearing. Judging from the wounds, it couldn’t just happen in a few seconds. There were two teachers in the room with about 10 kids. How could they not find out and stop it until it got that bad?! How could they not be more careful when biting incidents happened so many times within a few days?! During all this time, we didn’t get any kind of apology! The director just said these kind of things happen and gave us a secondary school insurance which supposed to cover our $700 out of pocket medical charge. In the next year, after we contacted that insurance over 20 times, we got ZERO compensation and we finally gave up. Several years passed, but now you can still see the scar next to her eye. This school didn’t take care of the kids. They didn’t even say sorry and of course no compensation at all. It might be too late to share our experience. But you should think twice before sending your precious kids there."
