"Over the past few years we've noticed a difference in the print quality versus our earlier years with CG Pro Prints. They really lack the luster and snap that they once had. The colors are duller and the finish isn't as glossy. We've also had issues with the backing peeling off. All of our monitors are calibrated using XRite's Color Munki software and measurements. When we print in-house the clarity and colors are a lot more vibrant. Our most recent order lacked the details of the original file and fell short of our expectations.
We've been a cheerleader for this company but am not certain whether to continue doing business with them. I hope someone can address these issues and get back to the quality they once had.

"While I've been transitioning to metal prints lately, there are still some photos that look better with a somewhat muted and painterly look, which canvas seems to do a good job of. CG Pro Prints does a fine job, and the build quality is actually quite more substantial than other labs I've used. The solid back gives their products a very professional look and the corners are nice and tight. While the color saturation and crispness may not be at the absolute top of the line in terms of canvas labs, the price is so attractive that for most applications, this place should be on your short list."

"I tried to upload 25 images for 8x12 prints, but was limited to only 10 per order. Thus I had to place 3 orders. Also, the UPS tracking number shown in the email to me and also in my account info was not a valid number. I have not received the prints yet so cannot comment on quality. The individual print price seems to be about a dollar less than what Bay Photo charges, which is nice, and what had me order from CG Pro."

Although only 10 photos can be uploaded simultaneously, after you've added those items to your cart, you can actually click the "Upload" button again to add 10 more photos. You can continue this process to add as many items as you need to a single shopping cart, before completing the checkout process. I see that you purchased photo prints and selected the option for free shipping. We also offer overnight shipping as an option for these, if you need very quick turnaround. The free shipping does tend to take longer and show fewer updates to the tracking, but the tracking should pull up results for you. I have sent you a follow-up email so that we can further assist.
