The process

"It was simple enough to order and purchase the items but the filters I bought for my machine were not the correct ones... I have adapted to make them work but they are not at all close to what I thought I was getting. I will use this site in the future but I hope what I order more closely resembles the parts I am needing..."

Not all was there.

"I only got the hard piece of the mask. I also wanted the cloth head strap too! When i ordered it, there was nothing saying it saying it wasn't included. "
