"I got my product on time and in safe condition. but I thought from the picture it was going to be all blue gel in the mask ...the sharp edges of the clear plastic around it causes me problems...I feel the pictures did not show me that it was gel wrapped in the clear plastic...it seals fine but it cuts into my face. Your people were helpful when I ordered. You were helpful with my order...I just would have chosen another product if I knew I was getting the same thing I got from one of your competitors that I was trying to replace. "

"I ordered and received the mask. The chin strap did not fit correctly. I wanted to return it but I was told that because I didn't check the insurance and had opened it I could not return it. So needless to say I have a product I cant use. It should be explained in further detail the return policy when your ordering. I wont be using your company in the future."
