"It took me three long days with multiple people, many different ph calls. I was put on hold or waited on hold for a live person to answer questions. Then referred to a different department the next day. I finely found the 12volt adapter for my air curve 10 machine to use in my RV on my own searching res med web site. I purchased the product and use it on a road trip just fine. I think your customer service need improvement more real people to answer ph. so customers not on hold 30-45 minutes,as my time is also important to me .

"Thus far, I have been very satisfied with service from this company. Quick shipping and reasonable prices make shopping with them pleasurable. The satisfaction guarantee is a little grey though. They say you can try out a mask and return it for a refund withing a 30 day period. However....You can only return unopened packages. How in the world are you supposed to try something new, without opening the package? HELLO !!! So I am stuck with a mask I cant use because it really hurts the bridge of my nose....so much so that it broke the skin and bled. Anyway, live and learn. The different mask I ordered works great, and I will be sticking with the model I currently use. "
