Great Machine

"Have been using the new CPAP machine since it arrived. Spent the first night making some adjustments but have not had to change anything since then. Really quiet and a great humidifier too. Third machine I have had since 2000 and each one is better than the last. So glad I spent the money for this new system."

Travel Cpap is a great Idea, but the concept doesnt work so easy

"I have a home CPAP, since I travel alot the portable Transcend EZEX was a logical choice.
To order you have to send a prescription to purchase, You failed to alert potential purchasers of the need to have machine set up because the machine was not delivered ready to use.
My perameters were not loaded from my script.
My doctor will not load, my access to your disk that you supplied I can not access.
Now I find out I have to find a sleep therapy tech to get my script loaded into the transend machine for an additional $75.00 dollars.
with out some sort of resolution I will forced to return your product and a demand a refund.

What great service

"I was trying to find some filters for my for my Phillips System One and was having a hard time of it so asked the chat person, I think her name is Lishela, and boom she had it for me in within seconds and shot me a link to add it to my cart. What a blessing. Now that is customer service.

"The site was very smooth and easy to use. It had a lot of useful information and was easy to compare the various devices.

The only issue I had was that I thought the device came standard with a mask. That was probably totally my fault and I am sure I missed it in all the details that they are sold separately. Other than that mistake of mine, it was all very smooth and I am very pleased. Perhaps for other people like me who are first-time purchasers, you could have a pop-up window warning that the device does not come with a mask and that you don't see one in our cart. It would also be a great upsell opportunity for you guys.
