Drop the ball

"When I purchased my new C-Pap machine I was told they would mail it out as soon as they received the script. I sent the script that day. I did not receive my new machine as promised. I did not receive any calls or e-mail that there was a problem. I call to see what the hold up was and they said that I did not have a setting on the script so they could not send it. I asked them why they did not contact me about the problem. They did not have a good answer for me and they would set it to the number I gave them and would send it right out. The person I dealt with did not understand the urgency of the problem I was having, by not being able to sleep properly with out my machine. I had to sleep up-right in a chair to get any sleep at all, which was brutal."

Good Products, but Service Improvement Needed

"Customer service took too long to validate my prescription. I sent a reply right away with the order number and got a reply that it was in process. A week later, I get a new email asking for the information again. I sent a new reply with the old attachment. After 2.5 weeks of waiting, the order was finally processed. The ordering process took too long.

The products work great.

"I was so tired of dealing with poorly run Med Supply companies. Either the send you hoses and parts you don't need because the have your Med Insurance or you they don't have anything in stock when you need it. CPAP.com had the right parts and clearly marked prices. Shipping was fast and smooth. "

Perfect and Necessary

"These are great. Bought one for a friend too. Well made and the size and shape are just right. Since you can carry your CPAP machine on board airplanes, skip the little paper tags available at airline counters for this. Get a tag that's, sturdy, visible and has space for the info needed to clearly identify the equipment as yours. "

Wrong CPAP hose connectors

"I have a Transcend 7 the connector to the machine was too big. as soon as I turned it on the hose "blew off". Also I have 2 of the same parts.

Please send correct hose that connects to the machine and to the mask - and check to see if all of the correct connectors are in place - in other words make sure it works. Thank you.

Love Cpap.com

"My old Cpap was more than 5 yrs old. I used Cpap.com because my usual vendor did not have very many choices. I was looking for one that was smaller, more modern. Cpap.com had endless machines to choose from. I love my new Cpap. Cpap.com was easy to navigate and they were very helpful re: getting the prescription from my doctor and getting my order out quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone."
