"My machine went on the fritz and my water chamber had lost its seal. The machine was not working properly. I called Lincare and the said I was due for a new canister but not for a week or so. I took me then I could die by them. They said insurance would not pay for it till them so they could not ship out. I even offered to pay for it. Though this was ridiculous. Had to order my own. "

"My local medical supply place doesn't carry diffuser filters and the masks I receive from them only come with five filters which don't last long. Thank you CPAP.COM for helping me with those and a new head harness to tie me over until I can order one through my insurance company by way of my local supply place.
