One hundred dollars saved!!!

"That's right. I saved one hundred dollars when I purchased my new cpap mask from cpap.com. I originally go through a local vendor in my town, but when I asked them how much my ResMed AirFit F10 would cost me they said $249.00 because I have not reached my insurance deductible yet. Well I'm not one who has many health issues so that won't do for me. I had done some searching for masks and pride myself on doing thorough research on what is the best company and price I am going to pay for whatever product I may need. After calling and talking to cpap.com I now have the upgraded ResMed AirFit F20 for the very same price. Yes I'm happy."

Outstanding customer service and support

"I bought a CPAP mask that I had heard a lot about and wanted to work. The first two nights were outstanding but quickly went downhill. For reasons unknown to me, nasal congestion increased dramatically and I soon had to stop using it. I had also ordered additional cushions but they were backordered and could not ship. I asked about return under the insurance terms and cancelling the cushion order. Yes to both with zero obstructions. They immediately sent me a return label with complete and easy instructions for the return. It could not have gone more smoothly and I am very pleased."
