"I got no advice or explanation of the masks I was ordering. The first two I ordered I could return, but the third one I ordered, cost more and I had to pay for insurance if I wanted to return it. I thought the third "would be a charm" so I didn't order the insurance and now I am stuck with it. It doesn't work just like the first two. The man at my doctor's office that suggested I go through CPAP.com for a less expensive process, was disappointed with my experience and said he would not tell others about your company any more and felt sorry for me. So he gave me a mask that works for free. I am disappointed with my service from you and will discourage anyone I know to go through you."

"I am a first time CPAP user and was unhappy with the expensive options my doctor provided. A co-worker recommended CPAP.com. I looked at the site and was a bit overwhelmed not knowing exactly what I needed. I called and customer service helped with everything including a cheaper option than I was looked at. When my prescription was not correct, customer service got everything I needed from my doctor.
