"I have used the Large nasal pillows since I got my machine. I used the Swift Air II. After time, I always had to adjust the pillows to my nostrils. I then recently decided to try the medium size. I cannot notice any difference with airflow and now the machine and hose hardly makes any noise at all which should be the case."
