"I am much more satisfied with CPAP.com than my local CPAP store. In Toronto they are always trying to force me to buy equipment that I don't need. My mask broke about 6 months ago and the nearby store charged me $250.00 for a flimsy replacement that broke a few months later. I paid around $90.00 Canadian (including shipping) to replace the original mask that broke and I am getting a great night's sleep now. I recommend shopping on line for CPAP parts."

"Apria is a CPAP equipment rental/insurance company that has very questionable business practices, in my experience.
After years of renting equipment, I changed Health Plans and was totally raked over the coals....
I turned in my old rental equipment and purchased new equipment from CPAP.com.
CPAP.com is very easy to deal with, very customer friendly, and they were extremely fast in working with my Dr's office and shipping my equipment. They have GREAT prices as well.

"When I purchased my new CPAP machine I wanted to get a good machine that would last me 6+ years and CPAP.com did just that for me. Their customer service took my information from me then recommended a ResMed Model 10 for me, because I was dead set on a ResMed SE9 (just like I had). The Sales Rep went over all of the features and convinced me to buy the Model Air Sense 10 for a lot less money. I love the new machine and the new features are terrific. They contacted my doctor for the prescription and took care of everything. It also sends the info thru my smartphone so I don't need to mess with the little SD chip.
