"Bought new Bluetooth cpap so I can make adjustment to treatment. Would not stay connected to my Galaxy S5 ohone.. called and restarted many times with intermittent sucess, My phone has other Bluetooth items working just fine.. called these guys to get returned and refund, they would not refund as their 30 day TRIAL STARTS THE DAY YOU PLACE ORDER.. not when you received machine.. I was 1 day to long... These people are just middle men not interested in supporting the customers needs.. wasted $471.. don't do business."
"I purchased a Water Chamber for a Transcend Heated Humidifier for my Transcend CPAP machine. It took a month for it to arrive, which left me in a bad state, as I needed the equipment. Upon arrival I eagerly set it up only to find that the unit would not heat. When I phoned the company they were very determined that it would not be warrantied and came up with silly excuses. I would NOT recommend them, buy from someone that is reputable. "

"In short, my doctor faxed my Rx to the wrong number and CPAP.com customer service helped me get it all sorted out.... when my doctor corrected the mistake CPAP.com immediately notified me within minutes that they had received my Rx and shipped my order so I would have my travel CPAP before I left on a trip to Europe."
