The box was literally CRUSHED by the Post Office, since there was NO cushioning in the box! The items were simply thrown in the box and tape crudely slapped over it to seal it. I would expect at a minimum some "air pillows" or plastic "puckies" in the box to fill out the space and prevent crushing. NONE of these were placed in the box. If something more breakable had been in the box, it would have been damaged. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR PACKAGING!"

I have one question. How can I turn it off? It keeps blowing air after I turn it off. I had to unplug it to stop.
