"Years ago when I was first diagnosed with SA, I was told to go through insurance for my CPAP equipment and supplies. Our portion of my ResMed CPAP machine, mask, etc...was going to be $1200!! A friend recommended CPAP.com to me and I checked it out. I was able to outright purchase everything from CPAP.com that I was getting through this other company via my insurance, for more than HALF of what my portion was before!! Awesome!
I have purchased all my supplies, masks, hoses, filters, etc... from CPAP.com in the lasy 9 years, including another CPAP machine after my old one finally died.
Customer service is always amazing whether by phone or chat though the website is usually so well maintained that I don't need to speak to anyone.

"Had to wait on hold to exchange one item. I was told I'd have to pay to mail one item back to get credit for the item I needed. From there he told me I should have called in to order the item rather than use the web site. Why have the web site if that's the case, and I'm sure I would have been on hold before I could order it. I felt like I was getting jacked around and I got extremely angry before he became more customer focused. But even still I had to wait for him to text someone to get authority to do anything. "

"Ever since starting to use the Control III my nose does not run in the morning. I could tell a huge difference the first time after cleaning my Capp hose and mask with Control III. In the morning, before Control III, I had sooo much mucus I Ihad to blow my nose a lot. That is no longer a a problem. I would highly recommend Control III to anyone dealing with mucus issues."
