"I'm not sure who screwed up but the air flow setting was wrong on the cpap machine. I called and they sent me a link to a page where I could change it but the instructions we NOT fully informative. after several attempts I figured it out and was able to change the settings on own. I was in Europe so I wasn't able to call anyone for assistance. Also I need to call back before I use it again because I don't know if I have the extra attachments, i.e. humidifier, noise canceling chamber, in the correct order. It wasn't on any of the instructions. I spent a lot of money on these Items so I would expect better supportive instructions."

"Because of poorly organized product offerings, I inadvertently ordered an incorrect power supply. Within five minutes of opening the package I contacted the merchant who informed me that "if you make a purchasing error it is your fault and we will not give you a refund". After a 30 minute discussion I was able to secure a 50% credit but only after shipping back a very heavy item meaning that I lost $30 that I would not have lost from any other online merchant that I know. Beware of buying online – if you plan to do any business with them do it over the phone because they claim if they make an error they will provide a refund. This merchant is living in the dark ages where the customer is always wrong. Beware!"
