"Overall, I think that the CPAP industry's prices are out of line. For example, the swivel clip which is just a tiny piece of plastic which probably cost about 15 cents to manufacture, is $5.00. Also you can get payment from Medicare if you buy a new system using their suppliers, but it's not the case with replacement parts. Perhaps claims for parts are legitimate, but their approved suppliers don't carry them.
CPAP.com provided a good channel for me to purchase replacement parts, which are reasonably priced given the nature of this market. They are responsive, ship promptly and accurately and if I recall correctly, have given me free shipping on most of my orders because of the invoice amount. I have been ordering from them for over five years and expect to continue ordering from them."

"I only ordered a new knob for my CPAP. They had it in stock, so it must be an item that frequently breaks, a product design problem. I ordered it and it was delivered quickly and it came with a very clear and illustrated instruction sheet for replacing the knob. The information was very useful, since part of the old broken knob sticks on the stem and needs to be removed before installing the new knob. Excellent job, CPAP.com !!!!!"
