"I had purchased a new type of CPAP nasal mask. I could not get it to fit properly. It leaked unless I strapped it on very tightly.
Under my nose was sore, and I finally gave up and went back to my previous mask.
Despite the fact I had missed the 30 day return deadline, CPAP.com extended me a 10 day grace period. All I had to do was pay shipping to return the mask, and they sent me a replacement mask!

"I have been through 3 different DMEs in a process that was less customer service focused than the traditional cell phone or cable company villains.
What I ran into was:
- lack of urgency, no matter how I pleaded with them and explained that I needed quick turnaround because me machine of 6 years died.
- they kept schooling me on "their process" regardless of what I needed. Everything is about "making an appointment" even though I didn't need one.
- they were less than open about costs, at best didn't seem to understand private insurance coverage, at worst, tried to make it seem that coverage was greater. But all asked for a signed contract that indicated then would charge what they wanted and I couldn't get a firm estimate.
- they fought with me about how I wanted a particular machine. 2 separate companies told me I would get what they had!
NO THANK YOU!
I found CPap.com to be the exact opposite that the DME
mess! They were quick, provided options, had exact pricing, and even provided compliant invoices to submit to my insurance company.
They allow me to use email rather than regular snail mail, and verified my prescription within hours.
They shipped within hours and my machine arrived within 2 days in great condition, exactly what I requested!
