"I ordered the wrong dc charge cord for my cpap machine. Called cpap.com customer service to see what I could do. Cpap .com sent me a return number, and I sent the wrong cord back. They put my credit towards the new dc cord and shipped it as soon as they got the returned cord. They even sent it 2nd day shipping. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"Highly efficient. I got my cpap within a week of ordering despite my order is from overseas. Very good machine. Light weight and quiet. Only drawback is the on off button which is difficult to locate in the dark when you have to get up at midnight."

"Product is decent and ship time is good. However, CS leaves something to be desired. I've been ordering for years and was suddenly told by CS that I didnt have a script. Called and spoke with higher tier CS who resolved the issue in minutes, but days later I was still getting emails from CS department about my being in the wrong blah blah and that I needed a scrip or the order wouldnt be sent. All as I sat there unpacking my order. Two hands not knowing what the other is doing. Reflects poorly."
