"Great service! I purchased the wrong cord for a power supply and they called me to make sure I really wanted the wrong one, and of course, I didn't. Sweet! Yes, they do have a restrictive return policy, but you can buy insurance if you think you might not like it (yes, I got burned once, but I am sure I can find a friend who wants the item I can't return.) Quick delivery, great prices, cool things for CPAP users (aroma therapy, hose covers, etc.) Makes having to use a CPAP a lot more bearable!"
"This company has a very restricted return policy. This is surprising since CPAP items are often dependent on comfort and proper fitting. The eye shield I ordered was completely unwearable do to pinching and gouging when worn for less than 1 hour. I was unable to return this item since it was, "opened". Even if it had not been, "opened", they would have charged a 20% restocking fee. This is unacceptable for a mail order CPAP supplier in my opinion. There are many better CPAP dealers out there."
