I also paid extra for expedited shipping so I had the equipment to go out of town. I even left a note saying I had uploaded my prescription. Never received a confirmation email for the order so checked their site to see the progress and for four days my order sat there. I finally called and was told they didn't fill the order because they didn't receive my prescription. NO email, no phone call--they just let it sit there. I received a million excuses and lame explanations from their rep. No apology, no help with fixing their error. I DON'T care about your bogus explanations! Just fix YOUR problems with your site and call or email me to fix the problems you are having with my order. The expedited shipping charge should have been your first clue I wanted to receive this quickly.
I was left on hold for 15 minutes so I finally hung up and called back to cancel this order. I spoke with a very helpful man. Too bad I didn't speak with him first. Finished with Cpap.com"
"I purchased a travel CPAP machine from them, used it 3 times and it is not working any longer. In order to have it fixed or replaced they require me to send the machine to them at my own expense. And I won't get the machine back for 3 to 6 weeks. A "loaner" machine can be had for only $119.00. What? Reading their returns policy make it clear that they are not concerned with customer service at all. The machine they sold me is defective and I am expected to pay and wait in order to make it right. I will not be purchasing anything from them again. I will not recommend them to others."
