"I tried the mask liner last night and it worked great. In the past not a night went by that the mask didn!t leak air. It did not leak one time all night. Very happy with the product with the exception of the price. They say you should only use one liner per week. I can!t afford $30.00 a month for them although they work very well."

"Gave 3 stars for the entire experience. Ordering was easy. The product was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The product itself is so-so for me. It's difficult to keep it on all night without it leaking and unless my sinuses are completely clear, the breath holes are too small and end using my other mask that covers the entire nose which is also so-so for me. I get a lot of elbows from my wife in the middle of the night. I go back and fourth between the two. Sometimes this works better. Sometime the other one works better. The negative aspect of my review has to do with the return policy. The website implies that they have a "risk free" trial for 30 days. The policy states that they will not accept any returns that are opened. Unless I am misinterpreting (and feel free to show me where it says you can return and opened package), the return policy is not "risk free." How are you going to test it out without opening the package? I'll admit that I purchased the product assuming it was a "risk free" purchase. Although I use it sometimes, I wouldn't have dropped the $100 if I read the return policy first. I think lawyers call it detrimental reliance. I just call it a scam. Why would I ever buy something from them again unless I was replacing a product I have already used? "

"You folks responded quickly, courteously, professionally, and did what you said you would do all in the matter of minutes after we contacted you with our urgent need for the equipment which I thought I had ordered earlier through another company, but didn't. And now I was literally in route on a trip, waiting on a layover in an airport when we contacted you. You listened, made the necessary arrangements to ship the additional needed CPAP parts overnight, and the package had reached its destination before we arrived. Thank you very much."
